Helen Grant-Rutherford broke into the scene with the band Doggy Biscuits when she was a teenager, then followed it up in two successful original indie bands, punk group Soda Scream, winner of the battle of the bands and then Everyone Always Does. She found further success in the Steely Dan tribute act 'Gas in the Car' before moving in to solo vocals and working with a variety of soul, funk, disco cover and tribute bands.

Mark made his way through the London indie scene of the 90s, sitting on the egde of fame. Supporting the likes of The Maccabees and Three Colours Red, later Mark found himself playing second fiddle to people like Kenny Thomas, Jay Aston (Bucks Fizz), Lee Latchford-Evans (Steps), Sonia, The Drifters, Mud II, Showaddywaddy, So Solid Crew and MC Luck and DJ Neat to name a few. Mark has travelled into Europe and the Middle East for his art, settling in Bedfordshire and has worked in tributes Love 80s, Best of Benatar, Boogie Wonderband, Motown and more. Mark also works with a variety of soul, funk and disco bands and produced the popular Maru Funk DJ mixes.
